Cooking Fresh!

A new online show coming this fall with visits to farms, dairies, farm markets, farmers markets & wineries with a cooking segment showing how to cook up fresh Jersey produce.

 


The pilot starts with a kale & apple salad, fresh pasta with roasted cauliflower & leeks, & port poached pears with fresh ricotta flavored with maple syrup, cinnamon & cardamon. The meal is accompanied by wines from Tomasello Winery.

 


We visit Homestead Farm Market to purchase produce and Fulper Family Farmstead ricotta, as well as a visit to Tomasello Tasting Room in Lambertville. Then on to John & Tracey Costanzo’s home where chef Stephanie Lett cooks up the meal, and John Costanzo makes fresh pasta.


This is a pilot for a series to be produced in 2019 as part of Fresh!.
