Bill Foelsch

Bill has served as the executive director of the NJ Recreation and Park Association for over 25 years, and was responsible for the administration of programs, policies, and initiatives of the association, a not-for-profit education, technical assistance, and advocacy organization serving the field of parks, recreation, and natural resources protection. 

Bill currently is the director of Parks and Recreation for the Township of Morris and administers the parks and recreation system for a municipality of 23,000 residents.  He is the chairman of the NJ Trails Council, president of NJ Recreation and Park Association, and the NJRPA Representative for the Keep it Green Campaign Coalition for the Garden State Preservation Trust, as well as serving on many other boards and committees. Bill has provided presentations on recreation and received numerous awards.
